(Best Syndication) Britney Spears is back in Rehab, but not without some bizarre antics at a gas station. She attacked a photographer and his car with an umbrella on Wednesday night, and it was all caught on tape and in still-photos.

The complete situation is starting to come together. After being photographed shaving her hair and displaying what some call bizarre behavior, she checked herself in and out of rehab for the second time in a week. About that time her ex-husband, Kevin Federline petitioned the court for an emergency custody hearing.

I bet it was fun at first - having people take your pictures. But I guess it gets old after a while. If I were her (and with 120 million bucks) I would buy a motor home and have a diver take me places. It is silly having her drive around in little cars like that.

I think she's getting over drugs and her attitude is a byproduct of that.

On February 28th the police puller her over on Sunset Boulevard for speeding with her lights turned off at night. They ticketed her for driving on a suspended license and impounded her blue Bentley Continental GTC. It wasn’t until later that the authorities learned of her probation.

The heiress is on probation for reckless driving and authorities say that she violated the terms of her probation by driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced back in January to three years probation, but it usually takes about three months for the license suspension to make it through the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

(Best Syndication) It is being reported that the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline divorce settlement is immanent and may be been signed-off on already. Federline is expected to receive $1 million dollars, but there are conflicting reports about the custody of their two children.

The website TMZ says they have “confirmed” that they couple are meeting with their lawyers and they could be “inking a settlement to their divorce before leaving.” They say that Britney will get primary physical custody of their two children, Sean Preston, 18 months, and Jayden James, 6 months. Another report from the same website said that they will split custody 50-50.

Rosie O’Donnell announced today that she will be leaving ABC’s ‘The View’ TV show at the end of this season. Donald Trump and O’Donnell have been publicly slamming each other over the last year.

People magazine checked in with Trump to get his expert opinion about O’Donnell leaving the show. When asked, what he thought about her leaving the show, Trump told them, “Well, she didn't leave The View, ABC fired her. They couldn't take it anymore. Her ratings, frankly, were good during the month of January when she and I were going at it, but they've been falling very steadily ever since. Her other show – her talk show – was canceled because of low ratings.”

Trump explains what he felt led up to her leaving the show. “The fact is that the reason she was fired in my opinion, was her comment at the Waldorf-Astoria two days ago. [O'Donnell made off-color remarks about Trump, among others.] I heard that was the straw that broke the camel's back.”

(Best Syndication) The “Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan snorted cocaine and told friends that she was going to New York to have sex with Jude Law, according to reports out of London. Photographs of the star were allegedly taken since she left rehab in Los Angeles.

The photos of her allegedly using cocaine were taken as she and two friends squeezed into a bathroom stall “during a wild night on the town” according to the UK website News of The World. "I'm going to New York tomorrow to f*** Jude Law," NOTW quotes the actress as saying.

ABC announced their fall season lineup which includes a number of new shows. Dramas are king at this time, while sitcom comedies are hanging on.

ABC is going to have a new comedy called ‘Cavemen’ that is based on those insurance commercials. I think it could be a fun show, it just better not be a standard sitcom. I would hope it is more in the line of a ‘Mr. Bean’ type of comedy where we can get our laughs out of the inconsistency of the cave guy in the modern world.

‘Pushing Daisies’ is about a man named Ned who is a pie maker. While the sponsors be selling pies? Ned is blessed or is he cursed with the supernatural ability to bring dead things back to life with the touch of his hands. The bad news is that if brings them back to life, if he touches them again they die. Ned used his gift to restore life to the love of his life. The problem is he can’t touch her again, it would kill her…

OMG, they are starting a TV show about the Cavemen?? It looks like it will like Miami Vice but with the cavemen. There is a trailer on the webpage link.
