(Best Syndication) While vacationing at his summer retreat in Port Clyde, Maine, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Roberts, was taken to the hospital after falling. Roberts is the youngest member of the court and there are no known health conditions.
He was taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to a the court’s spokesperson. The 52 year old Roberts was conscious after the fall, the spokeswoman added, but gave no other details.

(Best Syndication) United State Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts told President Bush Tuesday that he was doing well after his seizure on Monday. Roberts was vacationing at his summer retreat in Maine when he fell backwards while stepping up the stairs of his dock.
Whitehouse Press Secretary Tony Snow said “The chief justice assured him that he was doing fine. The president was reassured.” Snow said the Chief Justice sounded in good spirits.
The 52 year old Roberts waived to onlookers before getting into a waiting sports utility vehicle after his release from the hospital Tuesday. He was then taken to a dock where he boarded a pontoon boat for his trip back to Hupper Island, near Port Clyde, Maine.
