[Best Syndication] Britney Spears lost her visitation rights with her two sons. The emergency hearing has suspended visitations until January 14th in which the courts will need to determine if they will allow visitation of her children at future dates.
Spears mom, Lynn, told Access Hollywood to “Just say prayers.” She was reported to have been very upset when being questioned.
Spears remains in the hospital under lockdown. She will be required to do so for at least 72 hours. There is no word of how she is doing at this time. People magazine reported that Spears was visited by ex-husband Kevin Federline at the hospital early this Friday morning. Spears has also been visited by her father and her brother.
Federline’s lawyer told reporters that, "There are no winners here," after Federline gained sole custody of the children.
People reported that Officer April Harding said, "The LAPD is not planning to file any charges against Ms. Spears at this time. The investigation is ongoing." |

She's someone who has made it in music, and is rich and famous (even though she has no talent), unlike you. |

Spears Taken From Her Home in Ambulance

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Britney Spears was taken from her home by ambulance early Thursday and escorted to a hospital by more than a dozen police officers as two helicopters followed overhead.
A Los Angeles police officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the matter, said the 26-year-old pop star was being taken to "get help" but did not give the ambulance's destination. The Los Angeles Times, citing unidentified authorities, said Spears was taken to UCLA Medical Center to be placed on a "mental evaluation hold." Center spokesman Mark Wheeler declined to comment to The Associated Press, citing privacy laws.
Spears' police escort also included motorcycles and two cruisers.
On Jan. 3, police were called to her home when she refused to return her two young sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to ex-husband Kevin Federline, who has custody.
Officers had paramedics haul Spears to a hospital for undisclosed reasons. She was released after a day and a half in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Police also went to the home Monday night after someone reported a swarm of paparazzi trespassing in the singer's gated community. When officers arrived, they didn't see anyone trespassing, police said, but citations were issued for several illegally parked cars.
Spears has been in a highly public downward spiral since filing for divorce from Federline in November 2006.
Her bizarre antics include shaving her head bald, attacking a car with an umbrella and bringing along a paparazzo pal on trips to a courthouse in her child custody case.

I think she's schizophrenic. She's 26 and this bizarre behavior started around a year ago which is the common age that schizophrenia shows itself. I hope they get her clean, and get her medicated, so she can realize that she DOES need help. Right now, I'm sure she doesn't think anything is wrong.
And hell, I'd be crazy if I had those flashbulbs going off in my face ALL the TIME!!!!!
